ANFA receives FIFA aid for FIFA Goal Project II

FIFA, the governing body of world football, has agreed to provide financial support to upgrade the infrastructure of All Nepal Football Association (ANFA).

FIFA will provide $408,000 to the ANFA  under FIFA Goal Project-II. The fund will be used to upgrade the facilities in ANFA  Comples.

The head of FIFA Goal Project - Asia and AFC Vice President, Mani Lal Fernando and Vision Asia Development Officer, Chrysthantha Perera were present in the press conference held at ANFA complex, Satdobato.

Fernando said they were extending the support for upgrading the ANFA complex. "We are funding this amount to ANFA House," Fernando said adding, "We want our member associations being capable of providing all sort of facilities to its players. And the ANFA needs bigger house with all necessary utilities to camp the national players." 

The upgraded home will have big auditorium hall, computers, proper canteen and other utilities which are necessary, Fernando added.
