Dhiraagu Dhivehi League 2010 : VB Sports maintains top form

VB Sports FC continued their top form in Dhiraagu Dhivehi League after beating All Youth Linkage (AYL) by  2-0 scoreline. Umair opened the goal scoring chart in the opening minute of the game and Abu doubled the score in the 32nd minute. 


After the match, VB’s coach Vanli said that he was happy with the result. “I am happy with the result as we have got three points from the game”

“Our game in the second half was not up to the mark as we had to substitute Huseyin.”

“Now we have to try players for new position and try for new combinations. We have to utilize the players we have in our squad”

Meanwhile, AYL’s coach Aathif (Aathi) said that the performance of the team was not bad, but lacked concentration in both the goals.

“Our performance was not bad. They scored two easy goals against us. The defenders lacked concentration at that time”
